Thank you for visiting our store. My name is Russ Countess, and I am the creator of all of the products for Time and Again by Russ from Tennessee. I have been engraving as a hobby since 2001, but as of 2015, Time and Again by Russ was launched providing a variety of personalized gift items.

My incredible wife, Natalie, contributes so much to what we do to have a successful family business! She keeps the paperwork together, organizes and keeps records for proper functioning. We have three children who work alongside us when they are available. They are great at product creation, updating inventory, and shipping products right to your doorstep! We also are blessed with incredible friends that step up to the plate during high volume times. They are all lifesavers and a great blessing to our business.

Faith and Family are most important to us. We believe & trust God and his promises. We have loved being a part of our kids as they have grown. Basketball, football, wresting, baseball, softball, track and soccer have kept us on the go over the years. We each have a passion for missions and love the experience whether locally or abroad.
