What if I want a custom engraving that is not shown in photos or order selection list? If you have something very specific such as a logo that you would like to appear on a product, please send us an email with the logo (png or vector file) and we can send you a custom invoice. 

What if I want a font that is not shown as an option? With numerous customers it is best to keep our online store simple and easy to navigate. If there is a specific font that you prefer, please send us an email. We can check to see if that font is accessible to us and send you a custom invoice. (NOTE: This can not be done during the month of December.)

How long does it take to receive a customized gift from your store? Most items ship within 3 business days, often we are even able to ship the same day. During busy holidays and wedding season, it is possible your order may take up to 5 business days to ship out your item(s). Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. If you need faster service, please contact us so that we can help make sure your order arrives in time. 

Can I pick up my item(s) from a local site? Yes, we have a booth that also serves as a order pick up location at The Shelbyville Antique Art & Collectables store123 South Side Square, Shelbyville, TN 37160. Please select "LOCAL PICKUP" when you get to the shipping method page during check out. By selecting this option you will not be charged for shipping. 

Where do you ship from? All of our products are personalized and shipped from Tennessee, USA. 

What happens after I place my order? We will review your personalization preferences and begin customizing your order ASAP. At this point changes can not be made to your order. You will receive a confirmation via email. We will print your shipping label, and at that time you will receive a tracking number.

The personalization is incorrect, what do I do? Please email within 24 hours of receiving the item and attach an image. If we incorrectly personalized the item, we are more than happy to immediately replace the item for you. We value our customers and desire for our products to be exceptional!

Can I return an item(s)? Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returned. Every item is custom made just for young for this reason we cannot accept returns. 

Why is there a tip option? We do not require this nor do we expect it. Our products are personalized with the help of many family and friends. Tips give us extra room for blessing those that so graciously help us operate.

Do we give back to the community? Yes, in 2015 an organization called Shining Stars was created to celebrate those in our community with special needs. Throughout the year, we will feature products on our site and donate the proceeds to this organization. We believe that serving others is a beautiful part of life and we strive to use our resources to help make our community and world a better place. Check out there work here!
